We stayed at this hotel over Christmas. We arrived on December 25th and were pleasantly surprised to learn that a festive dinner with traditional music was included in the price. This added to the joyful holiday atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and very warm. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff was exceptionally polite. We also dined at the restaurant, and the food was both tasty and fairly priced. The lounge area had plenty of tables where we could play cards and board games. The only downside was a particular staff member at the lounge bar who, for no clear reason, occasionally required a table reservation. However, we don’t want this to reflect negatively on the rest of the staff, who were working hard during the holiday season, away from their families. The spa, massage areas, and sauna were spotless, and the towels were fresh and clean. If we visit Bansko again, this hotel will definitely be high on our list of preferences, provided there is availability.

Room: Spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, with ample storage, a balcony, and great views. Daily impeccable cleaning included fresh towels and even folded pajamas. Breakfast and Dinner (we had half-board): Very good and diverse food options Facilities: On-site minimarket, play areas for kids (including a pool table, ping pong, and arcade games and a separate room for little kids to play), and a cozy bar area in the lobby near the reception (as pictured). Spa: Nice spa area with three saunas (aroma, Finnish, wet), a good-temperature pool, and massage services available (extra cost). Ski/Snowboard rental shop also available at the hotel. All the staff we interacted with was very nice and knew english at a good level. Very good position of the hotel. You can quickly reach the paid parking lot (at the end of the gondola). Gondola is near as well and the offer regular shuttle to and from. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Bansko with minor areas for improvement!

The place and the hotel are wonderful. It combines the nature with a really nice stay. The buffet of the breakfast and the dinner were nice and tasty. Every spot was clean. We totally recommend it !

Good breakfast, comfortable beds, excellent mountain view if you are in the right room, good restaurant with reasonable prices for Bansko, Finnish sauna was nice.

The rooms were specious and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The amenities are great since there are both indoor and outdoor pools, spa area with a few rooms and a gym. There are also a playground centre for kids as well as an adventure park. The breakfast had great variety of items. Most importantly the staff were really friendly.

The apartment was really beautiful and well equipped. It even had a washing machine which was very handy.

The staff was very nice. The location was what I was looking for: very close to town but remote, in nature, allowing me to disconnect and recover. Breakfast was nice, dinner was nice, the pools were clean.
